Your ultimate satisfaction with Eveline Cosmetics is our goal! Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased at evelinecosmetics.ca upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is approximately 30 business days from the date we receive your return.

To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return via Canada Post. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
